Our Receiving service includes the integral management and maintenance of all the physical assets of CPD’s.

  1. Reception, shipping, placement and labeling

HARDWARE MANAGEMENT

This service includes the management of incidences and hardware interventions and all the actions of planning, installation or changes that would have to be made in the infrastructure of ITHW’s technical rooms for perfect maintenance.

Space management and physical distribution of digital assets. Planning and Inventory of the entire infrastructure of the technical room.

  1. Full management of incidents, requests and changes made with corporate tool (Remedy, Pool) or indicated by the client.
  2. Records maintenance of all hardware interventions.
  3. Installation, uninstallation or physical relocation of racks, machines, servers and components
  4. Verification and completion of the electrical installation
  5. Update of the documentation, records in database, update of servers.
  6. Access control, custody and verification for external technical services
  7. Librarian management, change and backup of tapes in guard services
  8. “Hands & Eyes Support” for the hardware platform, 24x7X365 at the customer’s request

DATA NETWORK MANAGEMENT

This service encompasses the management and administration of the entire network of structured and electrical cabling of the rooms.

  1. Instalations, extensions or modifications in the structured cabling infrastructure: Data, Copper, Fiber and links.
  2. Control and cleaning of wiring, optical wiring mergers, labeling.
  3. Electrical wiring from the general switchboards or power supply connections to the technical racks located in the rooms
  4. Management and execution of requests, changes and incidents. Analysis of related problems.
  5. Review and periodic control of analog lines, electrical installations, air conditioning and links

DCIM TOOL

Our technicians can manage, through DCIM platforms, visibility, information and monitoring in real time within the physical wiring infrastructure that connects all the assets that make up your data center

Efficient management of layouts, location of racks and wiring, power, etc. Specialized knowledge in iTracs, Dams, etc.

This platform facilitates decision making and planning for migrations, provision of new equipment, materials, etc.
