Making a complaint

Make sure that the report contains all the information necessary to initiate the investigation. Explanation of the facts, including dates. To better explain the situation reported and if you wish, you can attach additional documentation such as files, photographs or record a sound clip (the application will distort your voice).

Check the status of your complaint

After sending your report, the system will provide an ID that you will need to write down to check the status of the communication afterwards, as well as to add new information if you wish. Once your case has been processed, you will find a message in the secure communication mailbox.
